How do I send my package back?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email—super easy.
When will I receive my refund or store credit?
Once we've received your return item(s), we'll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days, and send you an email to let you know.
What items are not eligible for return?
- Items explicitly noted as final sale on our site.
- Paper shop items, sock shop items, personal care shop items, and select wedding shop items.
- All international orders.
Note: Limited-edition items purchased using a promo code may only be returned for store credit
What items can I return?
- Eligible domestic orders that have been received within 21 days of the order date.
- Items that are unused and include all original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity.
