How do I send my package back?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email—super easy.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once we've received your return item(s), we'll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days, and send you an email to let you know.

What items are not eligible for return?

  1. Items explicitly noted as final sale on our site.
  2. Paper shop items, sock shop items, personal care shop items, and select wedding shop items.
  3. All international orders.

Note: Limited-edition items purchased using a promo code may only be returned for store credit

What items can I return?

  1. Eligible domestic orders that have been received within 21 days of the order date.
  2. Items that are unused and include all original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity.
